Building your Successful Junior Leaders

Join Sara and Chris Griffin of Griffin Golf for this educational 60-minute webinar. Topics include:

  • Start Them Young – Birdie Basics, Operation 36, PGA Junior League—utilize the great programs offered by the PGA to engage kids early.
  • JAM Internship and Freddy Initiative – These programs help create opportunities for high school kids to get involved and grow as leaders while supporting your junior programs.
  • Once the Kids Are Involved, Get the Family Involved – PGA Family Golf is a great way to include everyone. Offer mother/daughter or father/son programs—keep it family-friendly!
  • High School Interns Can Support Junior Classes – Interns can assist with younger players, building a pipeline of leadership while helping you run a great program.
  • Golf Is Engaging – It’s a sport that gets kids off screens and gives them the attention and interaction they’re longing for.
  • Juniors Build the Base of Your Teaching Book – They create more and more opportunities for you as an instructor.
