Entry Priority/Field Size Limit
Entry Priority: based on receipt of a complete, eligible entry.
Field size: limited to the first 120 combined eligible participants in each shotgun that are received by the entry deadline on Wednesday, April 30 at 5:00 PM.
Eligibility
Players MUST be eighteen (18) years of age or younger on the final day of each respective National Championship to be eligible to earn an exemption. A player that will become 19 years of age prior to the end of his or her respective National Championship (Boys and Girls: July 29-August 1, 2025) will not be allowed to compete.
Players must be amateurs as defined by the USGA and must NOT be full-time college students. A player who has begun his or her collegiate career is NOT eligible.
Players under 16 years of age who wish to qualify for the National Championship must register in the oldest (16-18) age division and play from the same tees as the oldest (16-18) division.
Open to players who have permanent residence within the boundaries of the Pacific Northwest PGA Section prior to March 26, 2025 and maintain such residence through the Section Championship (June 1-2). Players establishing permanent residency after March 26 may appeal for entry to the Pacific Northwest PGA Section.
Schedule of Play
Please pay attention to your age division and what your starting times are. Once again, there are double shotgun starts.
- Saturday, May 31 and Sunday, June 1 – 7:30 AM Shotguns both days – Boys 16-18 and Girls 16-18
- Saturday, May 31 and Sunday, June 1 – 1:30 PM Shotguns both days – Boys 12 & Under, Girls 12 & Under, Boys 13-15 and Girls 13-15

Stroke play competition based on the lowest gross scores.

*Any junior who wishes to qualify for the Junior PGA Championship must play in the 16-18 year old age division. If a junior under the age of 16 is interested in trying to advance, they do have the option to play in the 16-18 age division, as long as they let us know (or mark on their entry) that they wish to do so by the entry deadline of April 30 at 5:00 PM. There will be two spots to advance in both the boys and girls 16-18 age division.
Advancement
The winning Boy and Girl Champion (plus runner-up) will represent the Pacific Northwest Section in the National Junior PGA Championship. Section Champions are identified based on the lowest gross score in the 16-18 age division.
