Monte Koch, PGA is a PGA Certified Professional in Player Development and is a Career Services Consultant for the PGA of America, serving PGA professionals, employers in the Pacific Northwest Section.

Tyler Sweet, PGA Director of Golf and General Manager at Wine Valley Golf Club, grew up in Langley, B.C., excelling in both golf and hockey. Before entering the golf industry, he worked as a Western Hockey League linesman. Sweet began his golf career at Sunland G&CC, progressing to Head Professional and GM roles. He won the 2009 ESPN National Golf Challenge and competed in the PGA Professional National Championship. In 2021, he joined Wine Valley Golf Club, one of Washington State’s top-ranked courses, bringing extensive experience managing various golf facilities and resort operations. Sweet’s experiences as an operator/manager across multiple facility types and with varying ownership models make him a solid resource for this professional development experience. Sweet is a fan of the Seahawks, the Vancouver Canucks and the Toronto Bluejays.
