Monte Koch, PGA is a PGA Certified Professional in Player Development and is a Career Services Consultant for the PGA of America, serving PGA professionals, employers in the Pacific Northwest Section.
Marcus King, PGA, CCM, CCE is the PGA Head Golf Professional at San Juan Golf & Tennis Club in Friday Harbor, Washington, returning to his roots in front-facing golf hospitality. Marcus has enjoyed a very fulfilling career in golf hospitality and has served as a PGA Director of Golf or a PGA General Manager at several great facilities: operating Jackson Park Golf Course near where he grew up in Seattle, opening TPC Snoqualmie Ridge as the Head Golf Professional, preparing Wolf Creek Resort in Utah for the Winter Olympics, and returning to the Northwest to manage the private clubs of Fairwood, Sand Point, Overlake, and most recently, Sahalee Country Club. Marcus retired from Sahalee on his 60th birthday, and after being inducted into the Pacific Northwest PGA Hall of Fame, he was looking forward to devoting his time to raising his adopted son, playing lots of golf, and devoting his time to his passion of coaching Special Olympics golf. Marcus is one of only six PGA members who are also Certified Club Managers and Certified Chief Executives in the world and enjoys bringing that wealth of knowledge and experience to the table in service to his fellow Golf Professionals.
