The Pacific Northwest Section, PGA of America has an opportunity for a Tournament and Membership Assistant to join the team of a local not-for-profit association. The position assists PGA Members with tournament and membership related matters, processes entries and provides support for all departments with related projects and issues.
Primary duties: Administration of membership and tournament related issues, support other departments with membership issues, and considerable interaction with PGA professionals with tournament and membership processes. Duties include member record administration, entry and payment processing, updating tournament management files and back up on phones.
Core competencies include: Solid office experience. Proven ability to multi-task, problem-solve, work independently, communicate within all levels of an organization, build relationships, and stay organized. The ability to consistently apply policies and procedures and meet deadlines is a must. Proficient in MS Office and computer utilization. High energy and enthusiasm.
Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00
Hourly: $13.50 – 14.00 per hour DOE
