We are accepting entries for the 2019 Pacific Northwest Junior PGA Championship at The Home Course on June 1-2, 2019. This is a wonderful opportunity for your junior golfers to become involved in competitive golf. The entry deadline is May 1 at 5:00 PM.
Field Size Limit
Once again in 2019 for the PNW PGA Junior Championship, the field size will be limited to first in status within each age division. The numbers below are based on historical numbers.
We will accept a maximum numbers of players within each division below with the Committee reserving the right to add extra players within age divisions at their discretion after the entry deadline on Friday, May 1 at 5:00 PM.

Tournament Format
A stroke play competition based on the lowest gross scores. The age divisions are:
- 12 & Under
- 13-15
- 16-18
Distance Measuring devices are allowed while caddies are NOT allowed
*Any junior who wishes to qualify for the Junior PGA Championship must play 36 holes from the same tees as the 16-18 year old age division and pay the same entry fee. If a junior is interested in trying to advance, they do have the option to play in the 16-18 age divison as long as they let us know (or mark on the entry) by the entry deadline of May 1 at 5:00 PM (and if there is still room left in that age division). There are two spots to advance in both the boys and girls 16-18 age division.
Championship Qualifier Information
The winning Boy and Girl Champion (plus runner-up) from each of the 41 PGA Sections will participate in the Junior PGA Championship. Section Champions are identified based on the lowest gross score in the 16-18 age division.

Eligibility
- Players MUST be eighteen (18) years of age or younger on the final day of each respective National Championship (Girls: July 12, 2019 – Boys: August 2, 2019).
- Please be aware of the age restrictions during your Section Championship! A player that will become 19 years of age prior to the end of his or her respective National Championship will not be allowed to compete.
- Players will qualify within the Section in which they reside.
- Players are NOT allowed compete for an exemption in more than one Section.
- A player resides at the location in which they spend 183 days or more per year.
