Alaska Folds of Honor Championship Results

The Alaska Folds of Honor Championship supported by Budweiser and Bushnell took place Saturday, July 13 at Moose Run GC – Creek Course. With 20 teams for a total of 80 players, the scramble competition  helped raise important funds for the Folds of Honor.

The event successfully raised $13,982, and the generosity didn’t stop there. The incredible team at K&L, led by Wes Kelso, contributed an additional $5,000, bringing the total funds raised to nearly $19,000!

Moose Run Golf Course

Moose Run Golf Course located at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in the Anchorage metropolitan area, is a 36-hole military golf facility open to the public.  Moose Run Golf Facility consists of two courses, the Creek Course and the Hill Course. This is the only 36-hole facility in Alaska and one of the premier military golf operations in the world! Their facility has earned several awards including:

#2 in Alaska, Golf Week’s “Best Courses You Can Play” – (2016, Creek Course)

#5 in Alaska, Golf Week’s “Best Courses You Can Play” – (2016, Hill Course)

#4 in Alaska, Golf Digest’s “Best in State” – (2015, Hill Course)
