Since relocating to the Pacific Northwest in 2017, she has become a leader in junior golf development, earning accolades such as Oregon Chapter PGA Teacher of the Year and being named one of Golf Digest’s Top Young Teachers in America. From launching the first licensed Op 36 facility in North Carolina to now expanding programming for juniors and ladies in Oregon, Maggie has built a powerful model for success—and she’s passionate about helping other coaches in the region do the same.

Seth Thompson is a Player Development Consultant with Operation 36 and a Teaching Quality Manager supporting hundreds of coaches worldwide.
