Max Lewis – Head Trainer, Golfletica (Tacoma, WA) brings over 25 years of experience training clients and athletes of all levels. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Master Trainer, a Certified Functional Strength Coach, and a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Fitness, Power and Junior Level 2. As the Head Strength and Performance Coach at Golfletica in Tacoma, Max specializes in one-on-one and group golf performance training, helping golfers improve strength, mobility, and power for a more efficient and powerful swing.
Shawn Farmer-Sese is Co-Founder and the Director of Fitness and Junior Development for Golfletica Sports and Rehab in Redmond, Wa. She also serves as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the U.S. Junior National Team developed by the USGA. Her fitness career began while she was playing college golf for Eastern Washington University and earned a BS in Exercise Science. She has been in the fitness industry for 23 years and a competitive golfer for most of her life. Her certifications include TPI, NASM, ACE, FRC, Kinstretch Level 2 and she is a Kettlebell Coach University Level 2 Coach. Shawn has competed in 9 USGA events in her career and continues her involvement with golf through coaching the Girls Varsity Golf Team at the Overlake School where they have been 1A State Champions the past two years. She has also been named to the Golf Digest Top 50 Fitness Coach list three times.
