R.E.A.L Mentoring – Part 1
Join us for a 60-minute webinar with Monte Koch, PGA.
REAL = Relevant, Engaged, Authentic, Lasting
-
Relevant → primarily beneficial to the mentee, with a focus on how to move them forward in their skills, experience and capacity.
-
Engaged → proactive, intentional and routinely checking in with SMART goals and a scoreboard
-
Authentic → genuine, transparent, both sides open to sharing mistakes, sharing wins and learnings from losses
-
Lasting → a natural outpouring of the first three, a result that maintains trust, respect and admiration even after careers move on, move up or similar; the mentee practices the lessons taught to them with those they mentor in a natural, but intentional way to pay it forward
